Neuro-rehabilitation increasingly involves the use of robotic assistance, which makes the treatment process more effective and more controlled. Services include evaluation and analysis of both treatment as well as the equipment used for treatment and testing of both.
 
The lab offers practitioners:

• evaluation and development of both adult and child gait therapy (using LokomatPro gait robot),

• mobilisation and verticalisation of immobile patients with little or no capacity for interaction (using Erigo Tilt table),

• supporting the recovery of arm and hand function (using Armeo Spring),

• performance and mobility testing for spinal trauma patients (using Biodex isokinetic dynamometer).

 
The above services are critical not only to manufacturers of assistance equipment, but also to rehabilitation medical professionals, architects, furniture manufacturers, medical equipment
makers as well as to local governments.
