Külliki (PhD) is an expert in knowledge transfer at Tallinn University. He has built EXU (Enterprise x University), the umbrella brand of Tallinn University's research and development activities, and deals with the development of cooperation with the private, public and third sectors on a daily basis. He has 20 years of experience in managing and implementing research and development and design projects in very different teams and fields: from innovation, education and entrepreneurship to culture and creative economy, from environmental issues to the social field. Külliki defended his doctoral thesis on the topic of creative economy policies, where as one of the important conclusions he drew attention to the need for interdisciplinary policy-making resulting from the blurring of boundaries between sectors. Küllik has versatile training and mentoring experience in service design, strategic planning, commercialization and public service design. He is the design manager in the Design Master Class program and the Public Service Development program.
