Our idea is to introduce the widespread tradition of green roofs in Estonia. Green roofs benefit the houses, nature and people: they collect rainwater, increase biodiversity, extend the life of roof structures, and positively affect building's thermoregulation. Green roofs also offer stress relief, create pleasant views and a better living environment. They lower air temperature and improve air quality. In addition to all the above, people/restaurants can grow food on rooftops and use these surfaces as an extension to indoor spaces.
