Elina Malleus-Kotšegarov (PhD in Psychology 2019) is Associate Professor of Educational Psychology at the Department of Educational Psychology, Tallinn University. Her doctoral thesis focused on the development of thinking (including knowledge) in relation to natural concepts. Specifically, his focus is on supporting teachers in the development of generic competences in subject teaching. She has been a long-standing member of a research group developing electronic assessment tools aimed at the development of generic competences and has supported teachers in their use. He is also a member of the SEEMIK working group (seemik.tlu.ee).
