Why WoWeC
cluster?

The WoWeC cluster aims to address well-being challenges in today's work environment. The lack of focus on people's well-being, brought about by the changing nature of work, is leading to a significant disconnect in society. With the cluster, we can provide the knowledge and expertise to address these challenges and learn how to create inclusive workplaces and healthy communities. We value the acceptance of diversity and uniqueness. The Cluster will focus on creating systemic change towards a more diverse society with increasing self-organisation and hybrid models.

The WoWeC cluster will pay particular attention to the impact of the accelerated digitalisation of work and the equality and inclusion aspects of vulnerable communities.
