Koidu Saia

Research Coordinator @ School of Governance, Law and Society at Tallinn University

Areas of expertise:

Interprofessional collaboration, juvenile justice, social rehabilitation.

Koidu is a researcher in the ‘Centre for Advanced Research on Integrity, Rights and Inclusion of the Child’ and a research coordinator. Her research is focused on collaboration in interprofessional teams working with children and families at risk. Her research interests are rooted in practice while developing and implementing interprofessional rehabilitation services for juvenile offenders where specialists of various disciplines are closely collaborating in assessing needs, planning and implementing interprofessional interventions.

She holds a PhD in social work.
