The Impact Baltic Investment Readiness Programme (IRP) is designed for social entrepreneurs across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania who are ready to move beyond early traction and prepare for sustainable growth. The application is open until 14.06.2026.
We know that getting to the next level requires more than a strong idea. It demands clear strategy, solid financial and impact systems, and the confidence to engage with investors. That’s where IRP comes in.
As part of a carefully selected cohort of 20 organisations, you’ll work hands-on with your own business challenges, refine your strategy, and strengthen the foundations needed to attract and manage investment. Through structured learning, expert feedback, and direct exposure to investors, you’ll gain both the tools and the perspective needed to move forward.
This programme is not just about becoming investment-ready - it’s about building a stronger, more resilient organisation that can scale its impact over time.
Who are we looking for:
have moved beyond the idea or pilot stage
already demonstrate traction through users, customers, revenue, partnerships, or implementation experience
are actively working towards scaling their impact
are facing more advanced organisational questions around strategy, financial sustainability, operational structure, and investment readiness
